- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the worst bank known to mankind. My girlfriend has had an unbelievable amount of problems with them. Everytime she tries to use her card anywhere or take out cash, it is declined, even though she has sufficient funds. Asked many employees and managers about it and the only response is "I don't know." A monkey would be a better handler of her money. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've had so many problems with this bank since they switched over to Midwest bank. They got rid of my savings account without my knowledge and made 2 checking account. They also messed with my money and when I called to see what happened they replied "I don't know what happened." How unprofessional! There are many people I know who have had problems with this bank.
