- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just called to schedule an appointment to have my knee looked at and the person answering the phone, Connie, was short and very rude. HeathPartners website says to verify with the clinic that they accept your insurance. Connie asked me which clinic and I said Chisago if HealthPartners is accepted. She said "I can't tell you that! That's not my job! I asked her if I could speak to someone at Chisago hoping to get a little more help, but was told no. I asked her name and to be transferred to her supervisor, but she refused both requests. I'm transferring from my clinic in Stillwater to be closer to home, but will not after talking to her. My kids and wife have used Fairview for years, but I don't go to the doctor that often, so I never switched. My wife stood next to me with her mouth open in disbelief on how I was treated as she's never had any issues. I still don't understand what happened. A few minutes later I called another clinic in Chisago, they answered my questions and scheduled an appointment in just a few minutes. Night and day...December 20, 2016by Steve Allen
